The Aura RF device combines four advanced technologies: radiofrequency (RF), electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), 3D massage, and LED light therapy.

Does the Aura RF device have certifications?

What are the contraindications for using the Aura RF device?

Before using the Aura RF device, it is important to review the contraindications to ensure full safety and treatment effectiveness. The device should not be used by individuals who are:

– pregnant or breastfeeding

– currently or previously diagnosed with cancer

– suffering from heart conditions, have a pacemaker, or artificial heart valves

– carrying metal implants in the body (except for titanium implants)

– experiencing active skin inflammations, infections, eczema, or severe acne

– allergic to light (e.g. red LED light)

What is the minimum age to use the device?

The recommended minimum age is 18 and above.

User Instructions and Charging – AURA RF

How frequently can I use the device for massages?

You can massage the same area a MAXIMUM of 3 times per week.

(2 TIMES IS FULLY ENOUGH AND THAT’S WHAT WE RECOMMEND).

How long does the charging take?

A full charge of the device takes about 2 hours. Do not charge the device for more than 4 hours.

How can I tell that the device is fully charged?

The red LED indicator will stop blinking and stay solid red when the device is fully charged.

Is the device waterproof?

No, the device is not waterproof. Avoid contact with water. It should be cleaned with a spray disinfectant.

How do I clean the device?

After each use, clean the device head with a slightly damp cloth or disinfectant spray. Do not immerse the device in water.

Are there any contraindications?

Yes, it is important to consider certain contraindications before using the device. These include:

– cancer

– pregnancy and breastfeeding

– the presence of metal implants in the body (TITANIUM IMPLANTS ARE NOT A CONTRAINDICATION)

– heart conditions such as implanted pacemakers or valves

– skin issues such as inflammations or light allergies

– recent surgical procedures

Gel and cosmetics

Is a massage gel included in the set? What type of gel is it?

Yes, you receive 100 ml of gel for free with the device. It is a standard ultrasound gel.

What can I use instead of your gel?

Our gel can be replaced with any ultrasound-compatible product or with aloe vera gel, provided you’re not allergic to it.

Do NOTOX cosmetics contain artificial preservatives or parabens?

No. We focus on natural formulas free from parabens, silicones, SLS, and artificial colorants. Our products are safe and gentle for the skin.

Where are NOTOX cosmetics manufactured?

The cosmetics are manufactured in Poland using the highest quality ingredients.

Do you offer a service for device repairs?

Yes, we have an authorized service center. Contact us in case of any issues or malfunctions.

How long does the device warranty last?

The warranty lasts for 1 year from the date the package is received.

Is it possible to receive an invoice?

Yes, we issue invoices. You should enter your VAT ID (NIP) in the notes when placing the order or contact customer service by email after placing the order.

Can you purchase only the gel or accessories separately?

No, at the moment we do not sell the gel or accessories separately. We encourage you to check out our range of available cosmetics.

What is the return period for the device?

You have 14 days to return the device without providing a reason, counting from the day you receive the package. The device must be unused and must not have come into contact with the face for safety reasons. All free items must also be returned with the device.

What is the complaint process like?

In case of a complaint, please contact us by email with a description of the issue and photos. You will receive further instructions.

Who covers the cost of the return shipping?

The return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product was damaged or did not match the order.

App – is it free?

The app is free with every device order.

How long do I have access to the app?

Access to the app is not time-limited.

How will I know how to use the device?

When you purchase the Aura device, you will get access to the app, where you’ll find: instructional videos, videos for 21 different concerns, 21-day challenges, a self-massage course by a physiotherapist, a kinesiotaping course, and a gua sha course.

Does the app work on iOS and Android?

Yes, the app works on both iOS and Android devices.
